摘要
目的了解人工灌区水位变化对钉螺生存的影响,为生态控制钉螺提供科学依据。方法在水位变幅较大的引水总干渠内选择一坡滩作为观察点,同时以水深(水位)相对稳定的灌溉斗渠作为对照点;每月系统抽样查螺,室内鉴别钉螺死活;分析钉螺死亡率与气象及水位等因素的关系;以斗渠钉螺死亡率为基准,对于渠钉螺死亡率进行校正,分析校正钉螺死亡率与水位关系。结果干渠与斗渠的钉螺死亡率变化呈相同趋势,并高度相关;干渠校正钉螺死亡率与上月的水深呈显著负相关;干渠坡滩钉螺密度高,适宜钉螺孳生。结论在陈村水库灌区,钉螺生存除主要受气温等季节因素的影响外,还与水位变化显著有关。
Objective To learn the impact of water level on survival of snails in man-made irrigation area,in order to provide scientific evidence for snail control with ecological means.Methods In Zongganqu irrigation area of Chengcun Reservoir,systemic snail survey had been conducted in a riverland in a main channel each month from Aug.2002 to Nov.2003,whose water level had been reported to change rapidly; meanwhile,the same survey had been implemented in a small ditch during the same period,where the water level was rather stable.All caught snails were cracked to see if they were dead.The death rate of snails in the small ditch was considered as a referee for that in the main channel.Results The death rate of snails in the channel and that in the small ditch was significantly related.A marked relationship was seen between the corrected death rate of snails in the channel and the water depth in last month.Conclusion It is thought of that,in the man-made irrigation area,the survival of snails is not only mainly related with climate such as temperature,but also related with water level.
