摘要
本文对上海市幼儿园课程园本化的情况进行了一次现状调查,发现幼儿园课程园本化的起因正确,但观念与行动之间存在落差,课程四要素的操作具有不平衡性,课程园本化培训效果一般。
Investigation on the current kindergarten-based curriculum practice in the city of Shanghai shows most kindergartens in the city can understand well the importance and necessity of constructing kindergarten-based curriculum; but can not put such good idea into practice as well. The research team finds some common problems that kindergartens should pay attention to.
