摘要
遵循异病同治原则,以清气泄热、凉营化瘀为法研制成“清气凉营注射液”和“清瘟口服液”,治疗流行性出血热、乙脑、流行性腮腺炎及腮腺炎脑炎、重症感冒等616例,并与西药治疗组402例对照.结果表明,治疗组在疗效、体温下降时间、主要症状体征改善情况、免疫功能状况、对流行性出血热肾功能的影响等方面均明显优于对照组,提示清气凉营剂对病毒感染性高热有较满意疗效.
Based on TCM theory of treating different diseases with the same therapeutic principle, Qingqi Liangying injection and Qingwei oral solution , which have functions of clearing qi and removing heat in ying system,were applied to 616 patients suffering from hyper-pyrexia caused by epidemic hemorrhagic fever, encephalitis B, epidemic parotitis,mumps meningitis and bad cold,etc. A group of 420 cases treated by Western medicine served as controls. It was found that these two Chinese herbal preparations can effectively and quickly reduce the body temperature and improve the major symptoms and signs.the immunologic function and the renal function of the patients with epidemic hemorrhagic fever. The effect is much superior to that of Western medicine.
