摘要
概括了目前中外合作办学在地域分布、办学层次分布、颁发文凭的形式、学生培养地几个方面的特征,然后就办学过程中出现的文凭颁发、信息不对称、教育主权、合作范围、收费等问题进行了分析。
This paper starts with an analysis on cooperative schools in China, so as to get an overview on theissues such as regional variations, types and diplomas etc. involved in running Chinese-foreign cooperativeschools. Difficulties and problems in the cooperation are also focused on in the paper. It is pointed out thatthere is a necessity and urgency to set down and carry out relevant supporting measures after the promulgationof Regulations of the People's Republic of China on Chinese-foreign Cooperative Schools.
