摘要
本文分析了刀具前角及后角变化时对切削动特性的影响,建立了相应的非线性理论模型,并采用计算机数字仿真方法揭示了刀具前角和后角的变化对切削稳定性影响规律。基于理论分析,本文提出了一种新的抑制颤振方法。设计制造了在线调整刀具前角和后角的装置,并在车床上进行控制试验。试验表明:该方法抑振效果明显。
This paper has analyzed the effects of the changes of tool rake and clearance angles on the dynamic behaviours of cutting process, established a nonlinear theoretioal model and adopted the computer-based digital simulation to reveal the relations between these changes and cutting stability.Based on the theoretioal analysis, a new method of chatter suppression is presented.An experimental devioe for on-line adjusting tool rake and clearance angles is developed and tested on the lathe.Experimental results have shown that the suppression effect is quite obvious. A good correspondence between the theoretical analysis and the experiment is noted.
