摘要 本研究提出了一种应用经验模态分解(EMD)和Lomb周期图进行心率变异性分析的方法,并对5 4例糖尿病(其中34例伴有显著临床自主神经病变症状)患者与4 9例正常对照者进行了临床实验对照分析。结果表明,基于EMD的Lomb周期图方法能够克服传统的重采样法对心率变异性谱分析结果造成的失真,在心率变异性分析尤其是在疾病诊断方面具有重要的应用价值。 A new power spectral density mehtod-empirical mode decomposition-based Lomb periodgram analysis was presented in this article. Some clinical experiment data were analyzed by the method and were compared to results of traditional resample based PSD estimation. The examination demonstrated that the EMD method could avoid the distortions cansedby PSD in the analysis of HRV.
