高T_g含偶氮发色团侧链的聚酰亚胺的合成、表征及热稳定性

摘要 采用后重氮偶合法合成了6种含偶氮发色团侧链的聚酰亚胺非线性光学材料,用核磁共振、红外光谱和紫外光谱进行表征,采用示差扫描量热法研究了材料的热性能。研究表明这些聚合物具有较高的玻璃化温度(214~267℃)和热分解温度(315~384℃),侧基含芳香杂环的聚酰亚胺表现出良好的热稳定性和光学透明性。 NLO polyimides attached with azobenzene chromophore side-chain were prepared by using a post azo coupling reaction. The structure of polymers were characterized by infrared spectrum, nuclear magnetic resonance and ultraviolet-visible absorption spectrum. The decomposition temperature was determined with differential scanning calorimetry, and the absorption spectra were measured. The polymers possessed high glass-transition (214-267°C) and thermal decomposition temperatures (315-384°C). The NLO polyimides containing heteroaromatic side-chain exhibit good transparency and thermal stability.
