摘要
驻极体空气过滤材料是利用静电力作用捕集尘粒,具有过滤效率高、阻力小和抗菌等优点。目前的驻极方法主要有静电纺丝法、电晕放电法、摩擦起电法、热极化法、低能电子束轰击法等。本文在对现有的驻极方法(工艺)进行全面对比的基础上,提出了既能很好地满足空气过滤的要求又符合我国目前经济技术条件的驻极方法,同时也对驻极体空气过滤材料的选择作了一些探讨。
Electret air filtration materials collect particles by electrostatic effect, so they have higher filtration efficiency, lower resistance, anti-bacterium, and so on. At present, the methods of electret mostly include electrostatic spinning, corona charging, tribocharging, heat polarizing, low energy electron sheafs bombanding, and so on. On the basis of overall contrasting the methods of present electrettechnics,the paper presents both well satisfying demand of air filtration and coinciding with the method of electret under the economy and technology of our country at present.
