摘要
通过数值模拟和实验研究,对不同结构形式的轴流风机进行了对比分析。找出了由于风机生产条件限制而造成的几种不当结构影响风机整体性能的原因,以及风机中主要损失产生的位置。结果表明,在风机原始设计过程中,应从整体优化的角度出发,预先考虑工厂中产品实际配装的几何结构形式,然后调整相关气动设计参数,从而要使气动设计与产品实际结构相匹配。
By means of numerical simulation and experimental investigation, some comparison analysis of the different axial fan structure effects on performance was done. Through the analysis, causes of how improperly designed structures that were made by the production condition limitations affected the overall fan performance were found, in the meanwhile, locations of main loss generation were found also. The results show that the fan structure must be taken into consideration in the process of the original design, and thus the design aerodynamic parameters can be adjusted to match the actual structure of the products.
