摘要
围绕学习型图书馆创建带来的组织重构,重点阐明了学习型图书馆管理创新面临的有利条件和困惑障碍,以及在现阶段管理创新要从管理理念、流程重组、组织再造三个方面寻求突破的观点。
The paper introduces the organization reform derives from constructing the study-oriented library, and elucidates the advantages and obstacles that management innovation of study-oriented library will confront as well as the concept that the breakthrough for the management at the moment should be taken from three aspects: philosophy of the management, recombination of the flow and reconstitution of organizations.
