摘要
现代组织正处于一个不断发展变化的社会环境中。任何组织都必须随着它们所处的环境的变化而不断变革。组织变革是否成功有效,关键在于选择好合适的变革过程模式。我国国有企业组织的变革,必须要尊重我国国情和几千年的中国文化,走有中国自己特色的变革之路。
Modern organization is now in the society of constant change and development. Every organization must be transformed in this continuously changing environment. Whether organization's transformation is effective or not,the key point is how to select the suitable transformation model. The transformation of our own national enterprises should value the Chinese culture with several thousands of years and Chinese characteristics,and going our own way of transformation.
