摘要
采用紫外分光广度法,以鹰嘴豆素为对照品,对红三叶总异黄酮的含量进行了研究。研究结果表明红三叶现蕾期总异黄酮含量为1.80%。
The contents of isoflavones in red clover were determined by ultraviolet spectrophotometry and compared with the biochanin A as control. The results showed that the content of isoflavonese in red clover was 1.8% in the budding stage.
