摘要
本文在25例二尖瓣返流患者中采用计算机软件程序对连续波多普勒测量的二尖瓣返流频谱进行微分处理,测量左室收缩和舒张功能指标,与同步心导管检查测值相比较。结果显示:两种技术测量的左室压力最大上升速率(dp/dtmax)、左室压力最大下降速率(-dp/dtmax)和左室心肌松弛时间常数(T)均高度相关(r分别为0.89、0.92和0.95)。表明利用计算机技术分析连续波多普勒测量的二尖瓣返流频谱能够简便准确地估测左室收缩和舒张功能。
In order to validate a method for continuous-wave Doppler derived the maximal rate of pressure rise (dp/dtmax-D),-dp/dtmax - D and the time constant of relaxation (T - D) in the left ventricular , Doppler echocardiography(DE) and cadiac catheterization (CC) were performed simultaneously in 25 patients with mitral regurgitation. The dp/dtmax - D, -dp/dtmax-D,T- D were calculated from the mitral regurgitation velocity profile analyzed by computer technique. The dp/dtmax-C dp/dtmax - c, T - c were simultaneously measured from the right ventricular pressure curve by catheter. The results showed that: 1. there was high correlation between dp/dtmax-D and dp/dtmax -c (r= 0. 89); 2. -dp/dtmax - D agreed well with -dp/dtmax-Ale (r = 0. 92); T - D correlated highly with T-C (r= 0. 95),There was no significant difference between the two measurements. We conclude-C that Doppler echocardiography with computer technique offers a simple reliable approach for measuring the dp/dtlnax and T of the left ventricular in patients with MR.
