摘要
To avoid the interferences of oxygen and electroactive species in electrochemsitry measurement of glucose sensor,ferricyanide as electron mediator was introduced to make a glucose sensor.Polyacryamide(PAM)was used as the carrier of the glucose oxidase(GOD).Response performance of glucose sensor was investigated with changing the ferricyanide amount and the work potential.The experiments showed that the response current of sensor was linear from 50 to 4000 mg/dL under the condition of work potential 0.4V and 0.3mol/L ferricyanide 30μL.The sensitivity was 2 nA/mg/dL.
