Preparation of porous poly(ethylene imine)-chitosan beads

摘要 A novel porous chitosan(PEI-CS)of higher concentration of amino group was synthesized by polyaminating with poly(ethylene imine)on cross-linking chitosan.The diameter of the porous chitosan spherical particles was about 0.5~1.2 mm and the amino mass was about 8.39 mmol/g.The particle had tremendous durability in acidic solution and the SEM results showed the microporouses not penetrable.The component and synesizing reaction for chitosan resin was determined by in frared spectromety and BET test indicated that the porous diameter of the beads was about 38 nm and the special area 1.63m^2/g.
