牦牛、黄牛、犏牛垂体远侧部细胞的定量组织学研究 被引量:2

摘要 本文利用体视学方法,测定了雄性牦牛、黄牛和犏牛垂体前叶中嗜酸性细胞、嗜碱性细胞和嫌色细胞的体积密度和数量密度,牦牛和黄牛差异不大,公犏牛的嗜碱性细胞较小,仅为其亲本的20—30%,另外,对三种牛的各项体视学参数进行了显著性检验。 In this article, the volume density and nomerical density of acidophilie cell and basophilie cell and chromophobic cell of pituitary pars tuberalis of yak and cattle and their hybids were studies. The result difference is fairly bigger of cattle yak with its parents. In the male cattle yak, the basophilie cell is faily little, it account for 20—30 per cent of its parents. In addition, the difference of stereology parameter of yak and cattle and their hybrids were examined in this paper.
