摘要
叙述了掺杂钼板材的室温及高温拉伸性能、弯曲塑-脆转变温度、室温反复弯曲性能,讨论了不同处理温度对其显微组织和性能影响。掺杂钼板材经腐温(1700~1800℃)退火1h后,具有拉长的互相联锁的组织结构,在纵向断口上呈现出排列整齐的细小钾泡列。1800℃退火试样的室温抗拉强度为495MPa,延伸率约为48%,弯曲塑-脆转变温度为-380℃-40℃,室温反复弯曲次数为6~7次。
The room temperature and high temperature tensile properties, bend ductile-brittle transition temperature(DBTT)and roomtemperature reversed bend properties of doped molybdenum sheet are described in this paper, and the effects of annealing temperature onits microstructure and certain properties are abo dicuped.Doped Mo sheet annealed for an hour at 1700~ 1800℃shows elongated grains with overlapping axially aligned bondaries, andthere are arrays of fine potassium bubbles along the longitudinal fracture surface. The room temperature tensile strength and elongationof the test specimen annealed for an hour at 1 800℃ are 495MPa and ~ 48 % respectively, the bend DBTT is -38 ~40℃, and thenumber of room temperature reversed bend is 6~7 times.
