利用实时荧光定量PCR技术检测转基因烟草 被引量:6

摘要 本实验通过荧光染料掺入dsDNA实时监控扩增产物的积累,根据质粒标准品的ct值制成标准曲线,结合标准曲线方程可知未知样品的起始含量.该方法灵敏度高、快捷,可用于基因突变和转基因植株的检测、病毒的检测、遗传疾病和肿瘤疾病的诊断. The study on the implementing to inspect accumulation of amplification products through mix fluorescent dye into dsDNA. The test can assay the original content of unknown samples according to the variance of standard curve which is made based on the ct value of standard sample of plasmid . This approach has characters of high sensitivity and rapidness. The method established here can be applied in detecting gene mutation , transgenic plant, virus infection and diagnosing genetic disease and cancer.
