摘要
大学生非正式群体是指大学生在学习和生活中自发形成的,以个人的喜爱为基础,其中各成员之间的相互关系带有明显的情绪色彩,并以个人的意愿结合在一起,没有严格的权力机构。其成员性格相投、志趣相同或信念一致、情感亲近、关系密切。大学生中的非正式群体在高校中非常普遍,自发形成,范围小、凝聚性强;在非正式群体有些积极的作用,同时也存在着一些消极的方面;高校应从指导思想,完善管理机制,加强日常管理等方面加强对高校学生非正式群体的教育与引导。
Informal college student groups include the groups which students naturally organized based on individual feelings without strict power organizations. The members of the groups have common feelings, personality, interest and belief. Informal college student groups are very popular in colleges and universities and are small scale and have strong cohesive force and have positive role and negative role. We should educate and guide the informal groups from the aspects such as guiding thought, consummation of management mechanism, consolidation of daily management and so on.
