摘要
采用混凝SBR吸附法对漂白硫酸盐竹浆的生产废水进行处理,探讨了在混凝处理中PAC、PAM加入量、SBR处理时间、吸附处理中吸附柱高度对CODCr、SS和色度去除率的影响。结果表明,采用混凝SBR吸附法处理,可使废水中主要污染物SS的去除率超过90%、CODCr及色度的去除率超过95%,出水水质达标,并可循环回用。
Treatment of pulping and papermaking wastewater with coagulation, activated sludge and adsorption method was investigated. The influence of PAC and PAM dosage of coagulation SBR treatment period, the height of adsorption column on the removal rates of COD_~Cr , SS and color was studied. The result showed that the removal rates of SS, COD_~Cr and color unit of the pulping and papermaking wastewater can reach up to 90%, 95% and 95% respectively after treatment with the coagulation activated sludge and adsorption method. The treated pulping and papermaking wastewater can meet the requirement of national standard of GB3544-2001 and be recycled.
