摘要
提出了一种新型结构的急冷混合器,介绍了其结构及主要特点;在冷模试验装置上,对其性能进行了试验研究。测得了急冷混合器的压力降数据,并回归了经验关联式;通过对各测点处示踪剂浓度的分析,讨论了急冷混合器混合效果随气体流量的变化;在所研究的气体流量范围内,示踪剂浓度的平均相对偏差均较小,说明新型急冷混合器具有较好的混合效果。
The structure and main features of a new quench mixer are expounded and its performance has been tested at pilot unit. Pressure drop data and empirical correlation of the quench mixer have been obtained. The quenching effect changing the gas flow capacity has been discussed based on the analysis of tracer concentration of various measuring points. The small average relative error of tracer concentration in the different range of researched gas flow capacity shows a better quenching effect of the new quench mixer.
