摘要
目的:探索整体护理病区护理人力资源的配置问题,建立适合中国国情的病人分类系统,为整体护理病区的护理人员配置提供科学依据。方法:用分层抽样的方法分别从内科、外科、干部病区及眼科中各抽取30例病人,用单盲法对其每日的护理干预及各班次内容在调查表中予以记录,并用NOSA统计软计进行单因素方差分析。结果:同样床位数不同科室的护理量明显不同(P<0·05)。结论:按照病人分类系统配备护理人员较按照床位配备人力科学,配备中应考虑护理量、技术系数和额外系数,使得人员配置更趋合理化。
Objective: To study the deployment of nurses in holistic care. Methods: By Using the single blind method, nursing intervention contents every day were recorded by statistics. Results: According to the results, the best method of deployment of nurses depends on the categories of the patients. Conclusion: The deployment of nurses should be reasonable in holistic care.
