摘要
目的探讨缬沙坦联合葛根素注射液治疗糖尿病肾病的效果。方法将血压正常的糖尿病早期肾病患者22例和临床糖尿病肾病患者24例分别随机分为缬沙坦治疗组和葛根素联合缬沙坦治疗组,疗程均为18个月。结果缬沙坦组和葛根素联合缬沙坦组均能显著改善糖尿病肾病患者的尿白蛋白排泄率、尿内皮素1及尿β2微球蛋白(均为P<0.05),而葛根素联合缬沙坦疗效优于单用缬沙坦(P<0.05)。葛根素联合缬沙坦对血纤维蛋白原及血液粘滞度参数也有明显的效果。结论葛根素注射液联合缬沙坦治疗糖尿病肾病疗效肯定。
Objective To study the effect of puerarin injection combined with valsartan on diabetic nephropathy.Methods 22 patients with early diabetic nephropathy (EDN) and 24 with clinical diabetic nephropathy (CDN) patients were randomly divided into valsartan group and puerarin combined with valsartan group,for treatment periods of 18 months.Results Valsartan group and combined group could significantly show the improvement of urinary albumin execration rate (UAER),urinary endothelin-1 (UET-1),and urinary β_2MG ( P<0.05).The effect of combined group was superior to valsartan group ( P<0.05).The combined group also presented with significant effect of fibrinogen and blood viscosity parameters.Conclusion The puerarin injection combined with valsartan is effective in the treatment of diabetic nephropathy.
