摘要
小鼠于一次全身γ射线(SGy)照射前1周或者照射后3周内连续服用91合剂,可加速小鼠免疫功能的恢复.91合剂的作用表现为:①加速骨髓造血功能的恢复,给药组小鼠的CFU-S/5×104BMC和CFC/5×104BMC分别高于未给药组1.4~2倍和1.4~3.1倍.骨髓细胞对LPS的增殖反应及B细胞含量都明显增高.②增强脾细胞对有丝分裂素(ConA,LPS)的反应性(P<0.05~0.01)。③提高照射小鼠的免疫应答能力.抗体水平及DTH反应性显著高于对照组。④用药组小鼠T淋巴细胞亚群的比值恢复正常.
The 91-mixture(91-mix ) is composedof traditional Chinese herbs. Oraladministration of 91-mix one week beforeor three weeks after irradiation conferredsignificant recovery from radiationinduced immunodeficiency in mice: (1)Accelerated hemopoietic reconstitutionin sublethally irradiated mce was demonstrated by both in vivo CFU-S assayand in vitro CFC-assay. The numberso f CFU- S/5×104 cells and CFC/5×104cells were 1 .4-2 fold and 1 .4-3.1 foldhigher in 91-mix treated mice than inthe controls. The number of B cells andthe responsiveness of bone marrow cells(BMC ) markedly increased: (2) 91mix promoted recovery of B and T cellreactivity following sublethal irradiation. The responsiveness of spleen cellsto LPS or Con A recovered significantlyfaster in 91-mix treated mice (P<0.05-0.01 ); (3) 91-mix also promotedantibody formation and delayed typehypersensitivity: (4) A significantrestoration of T subsets ratio wasobserved in treated mice.
