摘要
合成了2个V取代磷钨酸邻菲咯啉氧钒配合物.采用元素分析、红外光谱、51VNMR、31PMASNMR等手段对配合物的结构进行了表征.并对化合物进行了肝肿瘤细胞的抑制作用研究.结果表明,磷钨酸中的W被V取代后与邻菲咯啉氧钒配离子形成了氧钒配合物,该配合物对肝肿瘤细胞SMMC-7721具有较强的体外抑制作用.
<Abstrcat>Two vanadium substituted heteropoly acid VO(phen)(2+)(2) complexes have been synthesized and characterized with elemental analysis, IR,(51)V NMR and (31) P MAS NMR,The results shown that vanadium substituted heteropoly acid only combine with one VO(phen)(2+)2, and may be have connected with reaction condition and space factor. The result shows that the compound has higher biological activity to SMMC-7721 cancer cell in vitro in the condition.
