摘要
观察了经相同脉冲噪声暴露后的缺铁大鼠和正常大鼠听力阈值的变化以及扫描电镜下耳蜗的变化情况,发现强脉冲噪声对缺铁大鼠的听阈影响更大,对其超微结构损伤更加严重,结果表明,机体在铁缺乏的状态下对强脉冲噪声的敏感性明显增加。
he effects
of intensive impulse noise on the cochlea were studied in iron-deficient rats and normal rats.
After exposure to intensive impulse noise the changes of the au-ditory thresholds and the
ultrastructure of the cochlea were much more serious in the iron-deficient rats than that in the
control group.In addition,the function and structure of the iron-defieient rats'cochlea were found
more difficult to recover to normal.The results showed that the cochlea of iron-deficient animal
is more sensitive to the intensive impulse noise.
