摘要 介绍了蒸煮过程深度脱木素的原理以及此原理在蒸煮设备中的应用,同时对氧脱木素技术进行了探讨。 The basic principles of extended delignification cooking and its aqqhcation in cooking were introduced in this paper. Oxygen delignification was also discussed.
