156例轻型颅脑损伤EEG/BEAM分析

摘要
轻度闭合性颅脑外伤临床常见，但临床往往忽略脑电图的检查。本文示脑电图（EEG）异常率为46．79％，脑电地形图（BEAM）异常率为59．62％。所有病例分有意识障碍组和无意识障碍组两组，有意识障碍组异常率为65．31％，无意识障碍组异常率为34．69％，异常率显著高于正常组12％。EEG、BEAM表现为α泛化，α前移及慢化或减弱；额区、中央区、枕、顶区θ功率增强；α功率泛化、前移、减弱；峰值频率左移；θ指数显著。
