摘要
对１０名正常人进行连续１１天１０次的九孔柱测验，采用标准的方盘容器和大小相近的两种圆盘容器。结果发现，在１１天１０次的连续测量中，首次与末次操作时间相关系数ｒ＝０．５２６，Ｐ＜０．０１，说明重复性良好。但是随着操作次数的增加而操作时间逐渐缩短，约每操作１次将使操作时间缩短０．１３秒。故治疗中操作时间必需缩短一定数量以上方能确认为是治疗的效果而非自然熟练效应。同时发现，方盘的操作时间最长，为１３．９１３±１．４３５秒，大圆盘的操作时间最短，约１３．４３６±１．２７１秒，与方盘比较Ｐ＜０．０２５．小圆盘的操作时间为１３．５０４±１．３０８秒，与大圆盘差异无显著性（Ｐ＞０．０５）。故容器必需采用原报告规定的方盘。
In this paper,the ten normal subjects were determined with 9 peg-hole test for ten times.During the experiment,the standard equare container and two round containers(that is,a small container the a bigger container)were adopted.This conclusion indicated that the operating duration in test of square container was 13.913±1.435 seconds/per time(which was the longest),the small round container was 13.504±1.308 seconds and the big round container was 13.436±1.271 seconds (the shortest).The difference of operating duration between the equare container and big round container was significant(P<0.025),but the difference between two round containers wasn't obvious(P>0.05).When the experiment was sequentially repeated 10 times,the operating duration was shortened 0.13 sec/per time.
