摘要
以高压汞灯为光源 ,研究水泥固定 Ti O2 在光反应器内光催化降解苯酚水溶液。通过正交试验 ,探讨了 Ti O2 含量、初始溶液 p H值 ,流速以及 Fe3+浓度对光催化的影响。试验结果表明 ,在该固定床光催化反应器内 ,载体型 Ti O2 对苯酚水溶液有明显的光解作用 ,最高光降率可以达到 80 %以上。在此基础上 ,提出了较为合理的处理工艺参数。另外 ,负载型光催化剂光照使用 70 h后 ,未见有 Ti O2 脱落 ,且光催化活性无明显变化。这为制备负载型 Ti O2 光催化剂提供了新的途径。
The present paper aims at investigating the photocatalytic degradation of aqueous phenol solution in the fixed bed photo reactor by using the cement adhesive catalyst TiO 2 under a high pressure mercury lamp. The relation between the photo degradation and some other factors have also been studied in this paper in terms of the content of dioxide titanium, the initial pH in phenol solution, water flow as well as the concentration of Fe 3+ through an orthogonal test. The testing results we have gained indicate that phenol is remarkably photolized under the condition of the experiment and the degradation efficiency proves to be as high as over 80 percent, which has greatly contributed to the determination of the optimal process parameters of treatment. In addition, the fixed catalyst of TiO 2 would not fall off after being illuminated for 70 h and the TiO 2 had no significant loss in the photocatalytic activity. Thus, the test can be used as a new method to prepare immobilized TiO 2 photocatalyst.
