摘要
１９８９年１０月至１９９３年５月，我们对经综合治疗无好转或恶化的４８例慢性肺心病急性发作期并发多器官功能衰竭（ＭＯＦ）患者，加用紫外线照射充氧自血回输疗法，４７例缓解出院，而对照组１６例中仅８例缓解出院，治疗组明显优于对照组。
From Oct.1989 to May 1993,we have treated 48 patients of chronic cor pulmonale complicated with multiple organ failure by UBIO,which were ineffective after the drugs treatment.The result:47 cases got a better effect.But the control group,16 cases were only treated with drugs treatment without UBIO,8 out of 16 cases took a better effect only.So we conclude that the UBIO method is superior to the common methods in the treatment of chronic cor pulmonale complicated with multiple organ failure.
