摘要 目的 探讨氟对成骨细胞的骨保护蛋白配体 (OPGL)mRNA和巨噬细胞集落刺激因子 (M CSF)mR NA表达的影响。方法 应用酶消化法分离小鼠乳鼠成骨细胞 ,取第 3代成骨细胞 ,加入不同浓度的氟 6h ,提取细胞总RNA ,通过逆转录 聚合酶链式反应 (RT PCR)方法 ,观察成骨细胞分泌的OPGL和M CSF表达的变化。结果 在氟的作用下 ,成骨细胞的OPGLmRNA和M CSFmRNA的表达呈上升趋势 ,但未达到统计学差异水平。结论 氟有可能通过上调OPGL和M CSF的表达 。 Objective To study the influence of fluoride on expression of osteoblastic osteoprotegerin ligend(OPGL) mRNA and macrophage colony stimulating factor(M CSF) mRNA.Methods Osteoblasts were isolated from calvaria in neonatal mouse and then fluoride was added into them. The expressions of osteoblastic OPGL mRNA and M CSF mRNA were observed by RT PCR.Results Fluoride increased the expression of osteoblastic OPGL mRNA and M CSF mRNA, but it is not up to the significant difference.Conclusions Fluoride may be enhance the activity of osteoclast by up regulating the expression of osteoblastic OPGL mRNA and M CSF mRNA.
