摘要
在分析了采用傅立叶变换对拖拉机齿轮箱故障诊断进行信号分析技术所存在的不足的基础上,提出了采用小波变换对该信号进行分析处理时,基小波选取的方法。同时在对拖拉机齿轮箱故障诊断的实际应用中,用齿轮箱振动的加速度信号对傅立叶变换和小波变换的结果进行了比较,证明了应用小波变换能准确反映齿轮箱故障的结果,并提出用小波变换可以建立故障自动诊断系统。
On the basis of analyzing the shortage existed when adopting Fourier transform to perform signal analysis toward tractor gear case, put forward a method of the selection of basic wavelet when adopting wavelet transform to analyze and process the signal. And on the practical application of fault diagnosis toward tractor gear case, the comparison between Fourier transform and wavelet transform toward the acceleration signal coming from gear case vibration proved that the wavelet transform can reflect the gear case malfunction perfectly. Also put forward that an automatic diagnostic system can be established through wavelet transform. [
