摘要
目的 :开发爱普列特控释微球 ,评价两种方法制备的微球的物理特征。方法 :通过加入少量水溶性高聚物PVA和电解质NaCl,分别应用水 油 水双乳化技术和油 水乳化技术喷液干燥法制备爱普列特微球 ,并测定了微球的密度、粒径、比表面、含水量和释放度等特征数据。结果 :两种制备方法得到的微球的物理特征不同。结论 :适当应用PVA和Na Cl,可以帮助改善微球中药物的释放度 ;高密度微球用水 油 水乳化技术制备 ,而低密度微球用油 水乳化技术制备。
AIM:To develop epristeride control release microspheres and to assess the characteristics of epristeride microspheres, which were prepared by two ways. METHOD: Epristeride microsperes were prepared using a water-in-oil-in-water double emulsion technique and a oil-in-water emulsion technique by treatment of key of a minimal amount of PVA and NaCl, and were determined with bulk density, particle size, specific surface area, moisture content and dissolution. RESULT: Different preparations bring about difference in the characteristics of epristeride microspheres. CONCLUSION: High porous microsphere and low porous microsphere can be manufactured by treatment of key of PVA and NaCl in previous two ways respectively.
