摘要
以邻苯二胺和乙二酸、丙二酸为原料,在多聚磷酸存在下,缓慢加热,生成稳定中间体,再通过微波辐射,发生缩合反应,生成双(2苯并咪唑基)烷烃。与传统方法相比,缩短了反应时间且产率相当,并为易分解化合物的微波反应提供了一条新思路。
o-Phenylenediamine,oxalic acid and malonic acid were warmed slowly together in polyphosphoric acid,then under microwave irradiation,the two 2,2′-bisbenzimidazoles were obtained.Compared with the conventional method,the reaction time was shortened but the yield was comparable.
