摘要
目的 观察人羊膜移植联合自角膜缘干细胞移植治疗中重度眼部碱烧伤的临床效果。方法 对 8眼中重度眼部碱烧伤早期进行人羊膜移植联合自体角膜缘干细胞移植。结果 8眼中 ,7眼眼表面重建成功 ,4眼角膜透明 ,3眼角膜半透明 ,仅 1眼发生轻度睑球粘连。结论 人羊膜移植联合自体角膜缘干细胞移植治疗中重度眼部碱烧伤。对于重建眼表面 ,提高视功能 ,早期应用疗效较好。
ObjectiveTo observe the clinical effects of amniotic membrane transplantation and combination stem cell of self-limbal graft for medium and severe ocular alkaline burn.Methods 8 eyes in patients who had early medium or severe ocular alkaline burn were treated with amniotic membrane transplantation and ocular stem cell of self-limbal graft.Resulsts Among 8 eyes,the epithelia healed with stability without neovascularization in 7 eyes,there was corneal thansparency in 4 eyes,there was semitransparency in 3 eyes,and there was a little adhesion between eyetid and eyeball in 1 eye.Conclusion The clinical effects of amniotic membrane transplantation and combination stem cell of self-limbal graft for medium and severe ocular alkaline burn is satisfactory.
