摘要
在１０具成尸２０只新鲜上肢标本上，同一手指在其它关节保持伸直位的情况下，测定各关节从最大伸直位到最大屈曲位时，相应肌腱的移动距离，此值即为该肌的最大伸缩幅度。提出肌腱移动范围，在肌腱移位术或肌腱移植术时，对选择移位肌的伸缩幅度和确定植腱张力有意义。
Abstract on 20 fresh upper limb specimens, the movements oftendons under passive movements of the joints in the handwere observed and the maximal displacements of the tendonscalculated. The author believes that the maximal displacementof each tendon may serve as an important datum for Choosinggraft of appropriate amplitude of contrtaction and stretch andof Proper tension in tendon transposition or grafting.
