摘要
旨在了解运动对少年男女运动员血浆CK ,CK—MM、CK -MB亚型谱的影响 ;16名少年单跳运动员 (男女各 8名 )在进行一次大强度专项训练前、后 2h、2 4h分别测试血浆CK总活性、CK同工酶亚型比例。结果 :少年男女单跳运动员在大强度运动后 2 4h血浆CK总活性较运动前 (P <0 .0 1)、后 2h(P <0 .0 5 )明显升高 ,血浆CK -MM3、CK -MB2 在运动员后 2h较运动前明显升高 ,血浆CK -MM1 、CK—MB1 ,较运动前下降 ,CK -MM3/CK—MM1 ,>1;血浆CK总活性少年男女运动员在运动前、运动后2h、2 4h存在显著差异 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,结论 :对血浆CK同工酶动态分析可作为运动后骨骼肌细微损伤的指标 ,但把其作为肌肉损伤的标志则应与其他相关指标结合进行分析。
The purpose of this study was to investigate:the effects of acute exercise on plasma CK and CK isoforms in young athletes.Plassma samples from 8 men and 8 women were obtained before-exercise, 24hrs after-exercise respecting to quantitate total plasma creatine kinase activity(TCK)and percentage of different creatine kinase isoforms.Results:All subjects'plasma CK-MM 3 and CK-KB 2 activities were elevated and their CK-MM 1 and CK-MB 1 were increased 2hrs after-exercise.The CK-MM 3 to CK-MM 1 and CK-MB 1 ratio also increased significantly (p<0.05) at this time.Conclusion:Quantification of CK isoforms permitted very early detection of muscle enzyme release after exercise.Application of CK isoforms analysis relating to skeletalmuscle damage should involve exercise intensity,muscle soreness and other relate factors.
