摘要
本文介绍采用邻近带血管蒂掌背皮瓣及各种类型前臂皮瓣，用以修复各种原因造成千部皮肤组织缺损共８６例，除２例皮瓣部分坏死外，８４例皮瓣全部成活。文中就皮瓣供区选择、手术操作简易程度作了分析．
Abstract Virious types of of palmer and dorsal pedicle island flap inthe hand or forearm were used to repair skin defects in the hand caused by different injureies 86 cases. In 84 cases the flap survived completely and in 2 cases partial necrosis oc curred. The choose of donor site and the surgical procedureswere discussed.
