摘要
作者测量了１０２例无手外伤史的男性手形，发现中国男子手形与功能间关系具有某些特征，如没有一例拇指内收间距离可为０，而手功能为正常。手形指标间大都呈正相关。文中对手长与手宽、拇指长度与虎口、拇指内收与对掌三对指标进行了相关分析，作出相关图形并得出公式，据此将中国男子手分为５型。同时作者对分型及其意义进行了讨论。
AbstractMeasurements of normal values in hand appear-ance ana thumb movements were done in 102 maleadult volunteers with no history of previous injury totheir hands. The data showed some characteristics be-tween the appearance and function of Land,for exam-ple, no case showed the distance of adduction of thumbwas 0,but the normal function of hand was still ac-quired.Positive correlation appeared between the in-dexes of appearances of hand.Correlation analysishave been done for three pairs of indexes,that is,hand length and width,length of thumb and the dis-tance of first web,adduction of thumb and thumb-op-position.The correlation charts and their formulaehave been presented. Furthermore,hands of male chi-nese could be classified into five types according to thecorrelation chart or the formula. The significance ofsuchdassmcation i discussed as well.
