摘要
研究了高碘酸钠 -磷钼酸钠复合脱硫体系的再生性能。考察了进气硫化氢浓度、进气流速、体系的温度和再生空气流量对高碘酸钠 -磷钼酸钠体系再生性能的影响。研究结果表明 ,随着进气硫化氢浓度和进气速度提高 ,体系再生电位变化缓慢 ,体系的恢复程度降低。体系的温度对再生性能影响很大 ,当体系的温度由 2 3℃提高到 5 3℃时 ,再生 6 0min后体系的回复度分别为 6 1%和 86 %。空气流量对体系再生性能影响比较小。
The regeneration performance of sodium io-dide-sodiom phosphmolybdam desulfurization system has been studied in this paper.The factors of the H 2S concen-tration,the feeding rate,the temperature of the system and the rate of regeneration air are investigated.With the in-crease of H 2S concentration from 253 mg/m 3 up 401 to mg/m 3,the regeneration electrode potentials is decreased from-105mV to-198mV at regeneration time of 60 min.With the increase of feeding rate of H 2S from 810 ml/min to 1620 ml/min,the regeneration electrode potentials is-270mV and-185 mV respectively at regeneration time of 60min.The temperature has a significant effect on the regeneration.With the decrease of regeneration electrode potentials is-202mV,-217mV,-227mV and-285mV respectively for a corresponding system temperature of 23℃,33℃,43℃ and 53℃.while the feeding rate of air is found to have little effect on the regeneration properties.
