摘要 应用流式免疫荧光技术,对40例乳腺癌细胞P^(53)基因产物表达进行了定量研究。结果表明,乳腺癌的DNA异倍体率与组织学分级密切相关.P^(53)产物的表达量与组织学分级相关,并且与DNA倍体和细胞增殖活性相关。异倍体肿瘤的P^(53)表达量明显高于二倍体肿瘤,P^(53)表达阳性的肿瘤其PI值明显高于表达阴性的肿瘤. P ̄(53) gene product expression in 40 cases of breast cancer was studied quantitatively using flow cytometry and immunofluorescence staining technique .The results showed that DNA aneuploidy rate of breast cancer was relation to histopathologic grading,and P ̄(53) gene product expression content(FI value) in breast cancer was associated with pathologic grading. P ̄(53) gene product expression was associated with DNA ploidy and cellular proliferation activaty.P ̄(53)gene product expression content was higher in DNA aneuploid tumors than in diploid ones,PI was higher in p ̄(53)expression positive tumors than in negative ones.
