摘要
国有企业下一步的改革重点是以变革产权关系为主要内容的制度创新。在国有企业产权制度的改革中,随着产权关系和劳动关系的变化,工会工作必将面临新的冲击和挑战。工会如何应对这场冲击和挑战,关键是要树立起创新的意识和思维,进而用理论创新去推动和指导制度创新和工作创新。
The reform of state-owned enterprises in the next step stresses on system innovations which mainly aim to change property relations. In reforms of property system in state-owned enterprises, trade union work will definitely face with increasing challenges with the changes of property relations and industrial relations. And how the trade unions should deal with the shocks and challenges? The key issue is to build up the sense and thought to make innovations and further to promote and guide innovations in system and in work by using theoretical innovations.
