摘要
采用经-30℃和室温下反复冻融的大鼠异体腹主动脉桥接大鼠10mm长的坐骨神经缺损,同时用经相同处理方法的异体坐骨神经和异体腹腔静脉桥接组作为对照,分别观察1个月和5个月后,结果证实异体腹主动脉桥接组再生神经远端有髓纤维总数、有髓纤维再生率及神经传导速度均优于异体神经及异体静脉组。实验结果表明:异体腹主动脉是良好的修复神经缺损的材料。
AbstractThe possibility of conducting the rat sciaticnerve fibers regenerating through 1 cm defectsby grafting with allografts of abdominal aortawas studied in this experiment.The controlexperiments were[used with allografts ofsciatic nerves or of abdominal veifns,Allgraftswere frozen at -30℃ and thawedat 20 C for five times before grafting. 1 month or 5 months later the auimals werekilled and studied.The results showed that the total number of myelinated axons of distal nerves, the recovery ratio of myelinated axotls,the nerve conductive velocity of the auimalsgrafting with aorta were better than that ofother groups with significant differences amongthem,The results of experiment provcd thatthe allograft of abdominal aorta was a goodmaterial for the repair of peripheral nervedefect.
