结核分枝杆菌调控巨噬细胞凋亡机理的研究进展 被引量:9

摘要 综述了结核分枝杆菌感染机体后,巨噬细胞凋亡的正、反向调控机制。在感染早期,结核分枝杆菌可以激活caspase酶系,引发一系列级联反应,在细胞因子IL1β、TNFα的作用下,激发信号转导途径。胞内线粒体发生一系列结构和功能的变化,释放凋亡诱导因子。一系列因子协同作用,最终启动巨噬细胞凋亡,并导致细菌被杀灭。同时,结核分枝杆菌某些菌体成分可被巨噬细胞表面特异性受体识别,抑制巨噬细胞中分泌细胞因子的生物学活性,从而减少凋亡。结核杆菌通过一系列调控机制,以休眠状态存活于巨噬细胞中,与宿主达成一种动态平衡。
