摘要
5例"不能切除"的肝母细胞瘤应用以顺铂(CDDP)为主的强效化疗后,肿瘤缩小,成功地施行了二期手术和延期手术,生存5～30个月,提示化疗有效,但不同组织类型其疗效有差异。
Five cases of unresectable hepatoblastoma were trea- ted by intensive preoperative chemotherapy using Cis- platin and Adriamycin,or combined with other agents. In all cases,the tumor reduced in size markedly allowing a successful resection.All the 5 children were living and well.The chemotherapeutic effects,however,depend up- on the histological type of the tumor and its sensitiveness to the drug.
