摘要
提出了电力市场环境下基于模糊负荷的有功静态安全域的数学模型及计算方法。在实时平衡市场运营模式下,以系统总购电费用最小为目标函数,利用置信区间的概念求解不同模糊置信度下的显式静态安全域。在保证系统安全的前提下兼顾系统的经济性。给出了基于现代内点法的求解算法,最后以IEEE14节点系统为算例,说明了该模型的实用性和可行性。
This paper proposes a mathematical model and algorithm for the computation of applied active power steady-state security region (SSR) with fuzzy loads in electricity market. The object function of the model is to minimize total payments of energy in the spot balance market. The model utilizes the concept of fuzzy confidence intervals to calculate SSR under various fuzzy confidence levels and takes into account the economics in the computation of SSR. The interior point theory is used as the algorithm to compute the SSR. The simulation results on the IEEE 14-bus system demonstrate the proposed model for SSR is effective.
