摘要
外科治疗儿童枢椎齿状突骨折１２例，其中Ｉ型７例，Ⅱ型５例。应注意早期诊断。Ｉ型骨折多采用非手术治疗，Ⅱ型宜早期选用融合术。讨论了其诊断、临床分型和治疗方法的选择等。
Twelve cases of fracture of the odontoid process were reported in this paper.7 cases were defined as type I and 5 cases in type Ⅱ.Early diagnosis is important.The choice of treatment was based on the different type of fracture.Type I needs non-operative treatment.Typo Ⅱ needs early surgical fusion.
