摘要
本文将常用的非甾体消炎药萘普生连接到含双键的HEMA(甲基丙烯酸-2-羟基乙酯)上,制成可聚合的含药单体,进而利用自聚、共聚和乳液聚合,合成了一系列含萘普生高分子药物及高分子药物纳米微球;研究了影响聚合反应的有关因素,并用1H-NMR,GPC和TEM等检测手段对产物进行了表征.
<Abstrcat> Naproxen,a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug,was linked with 2-hydroxyethyl methacrylate (HEMA)through covalent linkage,the drug-linked HEMA(monomer)was homopolymerized and copolymerized to obtain polymeric drug.The polymeric nano-microspheres were prepared by emulsion polymerization.The influence factors on the polymerization were investigated. Synthetic products were characterized with^1H-NMR,GPC and TEM.
