摘要
目的:观察中药健脾益肾方配合介入疗法治疗中晚期恶性肿瘤的临床效果。方法:将接受介入治疗的肿瘤患者55例随机分为2组,对照组单纯接受介入治疗,治疗组在介入治疗的基础上加用中药健脾益肾方。结果:2组近期疗效差异无显著性(P>0.05),卡氏评分、毒副反应发生率及远期生存率的比较治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:在恶性肿瘤的治疗中,以扶正健脾益肾为主的中药配合介入疗法可充分体现中西医扶正与祛邪的有机统一,提高患者生活质量及远期疗效。
Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Chinese herbal medicine Jianpiyishen recipe combined with interventional therapy in the treatment of malignant tumor.Methods:Forty-five patients who accepted interventional therapy were classified into two groups randomly.In treated group the patients were given the treatment of interventional therapy combined with Chinese herbal medicine Jianpiyishen recipe,while the patients in control group were treated with interventional therapy alone.Results:Although no significant difference had been found between the two groups in short-term effective rates (P>0.05),a significant difference had been observed between the two groups and in Karnofsky scores,the incidence of side effects and long-term survival rates(P<0.05) and the treated group was superior to the control group.Conclusion:In the treatment of malignant tumors interventional therapy combined with Chinese herbal medicine Jianpiyishen recipe may reach the unity of Fuzheng and Quxie and improve life quality and long-term survival rate.
